SUTE-2000 Direct Buried Cable Fault Tester is designed based on electromagnetic induction method combined with communication principles. It incorporates more user-friendly designs, with a large LCD screen displaying signal strength (digital, bar graph, arrow, and sound) prompts, making it easy for the operator to determine the underground cable position and fault point. One person can complete all operations.

The SUTE-2000 Direct Buried Cable Fault Tester can be used not only to locate the underground cable path (live or dead) but also to find faults in direct buried cables. It can accomplish tasks that previously required multiple instruments. Traditional cable fault locators require high-voltage test devices, must use AC power, and involve complex wiring. Especially when encountering metallic dead-ground faults, cable fault testing personnel often find themselves at a loss. The SUTE-2000 Direct Buried Cable Fault Locator changes the traditional concept of cable fault location: no high-voltage test device needed, no AC power required, no waveform analysis, simple and clear wiring, and easy to understand at first glance.

In the past, to locate underground cable paths, we had to de-energize the cable for testing, but some operational cables cannot be de-energized. Using the SUTE-2000 Direct Buried Cable Fault Locator can easily solve the problem of locating live cable paths. The SUTE-2000 Direct Buried Cable Fault Locator can also directly locate the path of 50Hz operational cables.
