Product Introduction

The Motor Special Tester 8960C1 is a special instrument designed for motor testing. The tester adopts a new high-speed, pipelined core with a computing speed of up to 100MIPS, and is equipped with a high-speed A/D converter with a speed of 200k for sampling. The design widely uses highly integrated chips, making the internal structure of the entire instrument compact and simple, while improving the high reliability and accuracy of the whole machine. It uses a 320x240 large-screen LCD display (graphic display).

This tester tests motors according to "GB 755-2000 Rotating Electrical Machines - Ratings and Performance". The main test items are the electrical parameter characteristics during motor starting and locked-rotor, as well as parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, and energy accumulation during stable operation. The measurement frequency is 5-800Hz AC signals. This tester is equipped with a filter circuit, and the filtering mode is suitable for measuring variable frequency motors below 300Hz.

Protection Function	When the tested voltage or current exceeds the set upper limit or falls below the set lower limit, the instrument will output an alarm
Starting Test	6-60 second starting (locked-rotor) test time: can capture the maximum value of three-phase current, the time corresponding to the maximum current, three-phase voltage and total power
Locked-Rotor Test
Recording	4 modes to record real-time current waveforms, recording time 4-280 seconds.
