Three-Phase High Current Generator
(referred to as Three-Phase Current Booster), a testing device independently developed by our company, integrates the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It adopts numerical control technology with strong anti-interference capability. Compared with the previous generation of current boosters, it uses low-power consumption, large-capacity auto-transformer and high-permeability iron core transformer, featuring large output power, small size, and light weight. Mainly used for calibration of thermal relays, motor protectors, contactors, circuit breakers, air switches, switch cabinets, circuit breakers, and protection panels.

III. Usage Method
(1) After wiring, check once to see if there are any wiring errors and whether connectors are in good contact.
(2) During testing, if there is arcing, or no display at startup, or any other abnormal phenomena, immediately turn off the power and recheck the wiring.
(3) In actual wiring, the current output terminal should form a loop; otherwise, the instrument will not output current.
(4) This current booster comes with random output wires; external copper wires should be selected according to 10A/mm2. (Standard configuration is two 3-meter test leads)
(5) The equipment capacity is designed for short-time work of 5 minutes. For batch testing, the working time should be less than 2.5 minutes, and wait for 10 minutes before next operation. For temperature rise tests (30 minutes to 24 hours), it should be configured according to long-term working temperature rise.
