Three-Frequency Test Transformer Device
Designed according to China's standard "GB311.1 - 97", this electromagnetic three-frequency induced voltage withstand device is planned to meet the requirements of power frequency induction withstand voltage tests for high-voltage instrument transformers or transformers in power systems. It can perform induced voltage withstand tests on the inter-turn, inter-layer, inter-section, and inter-phase insulation of transformer or instrument transformer windings. This product is widely used for power equipment such as instrument transformers, transformers, and generators at various voltage levels.
Adopting a three-core five-column structure, the working magnetic flux density of the iron core is selected above the saturation magnetic flux density, so that the vector sum of the fundamental electromotive force (positive sequence vector) in the secondary winding connected in an open delta is zero, while the open ends output the same-phase 150Hz third harmonic (zero sequence).
Product Introduction
Equipped with special filters and multi-gear adjustable compensation inductors, the voltage waveform distortion under different loads is less than 5%, which also relatively reduces the input side power supply, making the test bench smaller in size and lighter in weight.
Simple operation, reliable performance, and can well meet the needs of induced voltage withstand tests for transformers and instrument transformers.
The entire device adopts an integrated and split design, making operation more convenient and transportation easier.
