Multiplier Frequency Power Test Device for Power Facilities
Performance Features:
1. Adopts a three-phase five-limb structure, with simple test transformer technology, the triple frequency generator reduces the internal impedance and leakage flux loss of the transformer body, improving the generator's efficiency.
2. Both weight and volume are smaller than traditional three single-phase transformer groups, and it comes with a control box of corresponding capacity, making it convenient for on-site use.
3. This product can be used as a power source for induction withstand voltage tests on transformers and corresponding capacity electrical appliances, or as a 150Hz power supply for short-term operation.

Product Principle:
The working magnetic flux density of the iron core is selected to be above the saturation point, causing overexcitation of the primary winding. The primary winding of the DC high voltage generator is connected in a star configuration, while the secondary winding is connected in an open delta. The vector sum of the 50Hz fundamental electromotive forces (positive sequence vectors) in the secondary winding is zero, while the open ends induce an in-phase 150Hz third harmonic (zero sequence vector) output. In the triple frequency transformer, the third harmonic flux and induced electromotive force are required, and the third harmonic flux is a zero-sequence component. By making the iron core of the DC high voltage generator five-limbed, each phase's third harmonic flux has a separate magnetic path with low reluctance, resulting in larger third harmonic flux and induced electromotive force, which is 50-55% of the fundamental.
