The Automatic Comprehensive Transformer Characteristics Tester is a multifunctional on-site testing instrument specifically designed to test transformers for parameters such as volt-ampere characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, burden, phase angle error, and ratio error. This transformer tester is based on the frequency conversion method to test CT/PT volt-ampere characteristic curves and 10% error curves, outputting only 180V AC voltage and 12A AC current, yet it can handle CT testing with knee point voltages up to 30kV.

Functional Features

1. This transformer tester can perform testing and calculations on CT and PT in accordance with various standards such as GB1208-2006 (IEC60044-1), GB16847-1997 (IEC60044-6), and others.

2. It uses the frequency conversion method to test CT/PT volt-ampere characteristic curves and 10% error curves, outputting only 180V AC voltage and 12A AC current, capable of handling CT testing with knee point voltages up to 30kV.

3. Comprehensive functionality, suitable for testing steady-state or transient characteristics of various types of CTs and PTs, including excitation, transformation ratio, phase, polarity, secondary winding resistance, burden, ratio error, and phase angle error.

4. Automatically provides parameters such as knee point voltage/current, 10% error curve, 5% error curve, accuracy limit factor (ALF), instrument security factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), remanence coefficient (Kr), accuracy class, saturated and unsaturated inductance, etc.
