The Transformer Comprehensive Characteristic Tester can perform tests such as excitation characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, DC resistance of secondary winding, and AC load of CT secondary circuit for current transformers and voltage transformers. |
The Transformer Comprehensive Characteristic Tester adopts frequency conversion technology to test the excitation characteristics of current transformers with knee point voltage below 30KV.
★ Test the transformation ratio and polarity of current transformers (including CT in transformer bushings).
★ Test the DC resistance of the secondary winding and loop load of current transformers.
★ Test the excitation characteristics, transformation ratio polarity, and DC resistance of secondary winding of voltage transformers.
★ Draw excitation curves and calculate knee point voltage/current, draw 5% and 10% error curves.
★ Ratio error and phase error measurement. Measure remanence coefficient, excitation inductance, secondary time constant, transient area coefficient, peak
value instantaneous error, accuracy limit factor, and instrument security factor.
★ Automatic wiring detection with alarm for wiring errors. USB data transfer to PC to generate Word format reports.
