Working Principle

The instrument's measurement circuit includes a standard circuit and a test circuit, as shown in Figure 3.

The standard circuit consists of a built-in high-voltage stable standard capacitor and a standard resistor network. The computer collects the standard circuit current and the test circuit current amplitude and phase difference in real time, and calculates the capacitance (CX) and dielectric loss (tgδ) of the tested sample.

The data acquisition circuit uses high-voltage stable components throughout. The acquisition board and computer are completely floating and shielded by an iron box, and the instrument shell is grounded and shielded. Additionally, anti-interference technologies such as optical data transmission, floating ground, large-area ground, single-point ground, and digital filtering are used,
coupled with computer processing of data from hundreds of power grid cycles, making the measurement results stable, accurate, and reliable.

4. The instrument must be reliably grounded to prevent electric shock hazards.

5. After the test, press the reset button and turn off the power switch. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble or assemble test cables and replace oil samples with power on.
