The multiple pulse cable fault tester complete set consists of the cable fault tester main unit, cable fault testing accessories (path locator and fault locator), and cable testing high voltage unit. It is simple and convenient to test.
1. The instrument adopts an industrial embedded computer platform system, full computer XP operating system platform, integrated software testing, and is equipped with cable fault testing software.
2. It uses a 12.1-inch large screen touch system, with touch pen and touch mouse dual control, high-brightness display, suitable for outdoor sunlight use, lithium battery power supply, convenient for on-site testing. Industrial aluminum alloy chassis, shockproof and moisture-proof for extremely strong stability.
3. It uses USB communication interface, stable signal acquisition. The main unit can automatically select five sampling frequencies from a minimum of 6.25MHz to a maximum of 100MHz, with adaptive pulse width, meeting the testing requirements of different cable lengths, reducing rough measurement errors and improving testing accuracy.
4. The software realizes fully automatic identification and search for low-voltage pulse and multiple pulse methods. The waveform fault inflection point is automatically positioned, and the fault distance is automatically read and displayed by the instrument. The same screen displays waveforms in three areas, and randomly displays ten low-voltage pulse waveforms for selection. It simultaneously implements automatic and manual processing modes, enabling dual positioning of waveforms. Dual cursor movement can reach 0.15 meters, improving rough measurement accuracy and reducing waveform errors.
5. The unique multiple pulse generator design allows three testing methods to be completed without rewiring on site, and one discharge can obtain ten low-voltage short-circuit pulse waveforms, greatly reducing large oscillation interference. The multiple pulse generator is small in size, weighing only 5KG, truly achieving lightweight complete equipment.
6. The multiple pulse cable fault tester main unit supports built-in WiFi reception function. The dedicated 3G software can realize expert remote real-time on-site testing technical services at any time. Experts can remotely control the user's main unit, and the business technology is equipped with a mobile phone Android version testing software, providing users with timely and accurate waveform analysis and communication guidance anytime and anywhere for on-site testing, making your work worry-free (optional).
7. Built-in on-site waveforms and on-site physical wiring diagrams facilitate on-site testing comparison and daily learning, and can automatically generate and print test reports.
8. The key fault locator part can directly digitally display the distance from the tester to the fault point. It adopts noise suppression technology, which is another innovation in domestic similar fault location technology, providing strong guarantee for quickly and accurately finding cable faults and reducing power outage losses.
9. The high-voltage discharge part offers two options for users to choose. The new 8.4kg high-frequency high-voltage power supply replaces the 65kg test transformer and operation box, with wide applicability and truly comprehensive lightweight.
