| Double Gun Cable Piercing Device |
Performance
1) Receiving frequency: Receives five types of sinusoidal AC signals: low frequency, medium frequency, high frequency, radio frequency, and 50Hz.
2) Receiving modes: Peak method (horizontal coil), Null method (vertical coil), Depth measurement (dual horizontal antennas), Current measurement (dual horizontal antennas).
3) Signal interface: Digital magnitude, trapezoidal grating length, and sound speed simultaneously indicate signal strength.
4) Display interface: High-brightness LCD, supports operation under strong sunlight, with backlight for normal nighttime operation.
5) Gain control: Manual adjustment, dynamic range 000——100db.
6) Detection length: When directly connected to metal pipelines, up to 15KM.
When coupled to metal pipelines, one coupling can measure up to 3Km, and multiple couplings allow unlimited distance.
Operating Methods and Steps:
Pre-startup preparations and general testing methods:
1. Before conducting on-site fault testing, check whether the instrument has sufficient battery power (the battery percentage is displayed in the upper right corner; when the number turns red, it indicates low battery). If the instrument's battery is insufficient, connect an external power supply for normal operation.
2. Turn on the instrument's "Power Switch". After the instrument enters the Windows desktop system, wait a few seconds for it to automatically enter the cable test system settings interface. Press the "Test Power" key; at this time, the "Flashover, Pulse" indicator lights on the instrument panel will alternate flashing, and finally default to the "Low Voltage Pulse Test" state. (Note: If the computer exits the cable tester system and returns to the desktop, to re-enter the cable tester system, use a finger or touch pen to double-click the cable tester icon on the desktop to re-enter the initial settings interface of the cable test system. Click the relevant touch keys to configure the functions on the cable test system settings interface.)
3. Based on the type, length, and fault nature of the cable under test, use a finger or touch pen to click the relevant touch keys on the cable tester to perform initial settings. The status bar will then display the current status after settings.
4. After the above settings are completed (default "Low Voltage Pulse Test Method"), connect the test cable clips to the core wire and sheath of the cable under test, click the "Sample" key, and the instrument enters data acquisition state, displaying the measured waveform on the screen. Click the "Sample" key again to enter automatic sampling mode. The operator can adjust "Position Adjustment" and "Amplitude Adjustment" based on the waveform's amplitude and position. Click "Cancel Sampling" when the waveform is convenient for observation.
5. If the "High Voltage Flashover Method" is set, after clicking the "Sample" key, the instrument enters the "Sampling" waiting state. During high-voltage flashover, the instrument automatically displays the signal collected by the sampling box on the screen, and automatically enters the "Sampling" waiting state to prepare for collecting the next high-voltage flashover signal. If the waveform is considered convenient for observation, click "Cancel Sampling" to perform cursor operations and measure the fault distance.
