| Dielectric Loss Tester Darui Electric recommends for you Product Features (1) The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure conforming to the national standard GB/T5654-2007, with an electrode spacing of 2mm, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage on the dielectric loss test results. (2) The instrument uses medium-frequency induction heating with PID temperature control algorithm. This heating method has the advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating element, uniform heating, fast speed, and convenient control, ensuring that the temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range. (3) The internal standard capacitor is an SF6 gas-filled three-point electrode capacitor. The dielectric loss and capacitance of this capacitor are not affected by ambient temperature, humidity, etc., ensuring the accuracy of the instrument even after long-term use. (4) The AC test power supply adopts AC-DC-AC conversion, effectively avoiding the influence of mains voltage and frequency fluctuations on the accuracy of dielectric loss testing. Even when powered by a generator, the instrument can operate correctly. (5) Comprehensive protection functions. When overvoltage, overcurrent, or high-voltage short circuit occurs, the instrument can quickly cut off the high voltage and issue a warning message. When the temperature sensor fails or is not connected, a warning message is issued. A temperature limit relay is installed in the medium-frequency induction heating furnace. When the temperature exceeds 120 degrees, the relay releases and heating stops. (6) Convenient test parameter setting. Temperature setting range 0~120℃, AC voltage setting range 200~2200V, DC voltage setting range 0~500V. (7) Adopts a large-screen TFT full-color LCD touch display with clear display. With simple settings, the instrument can automatically perform tests. And automatically store and print test results. (8) Built-in real-time clock, test date and time can be saved, displayed, and printed with test results. (9) Empty electrode cup calibration function. Measure the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of the empty electrode cup to judge the cleaning and assembly condition of the empty electrode cup. The calibration data is automatically saved to facilitate the calculation of relative permittivity and DC resistivity. (10) The instrument is based on the RAM9 platform, with high test accuracy and fast speed. Technical Parameters 1. Power supply voltage: AC 220V±10% 2. Power supply frequency: 50Hz/60Hz ±1% 3. When powering on, if the power switch indicator does not light up, please check whether the fuse core on the power board is blown. 2. When the equipment is boosting voltage, if the LCD displays "electrode cup short circuit", please check whether the electrode cup is assembled properly. 3. When the equipment measures the empty cup capacitance value deviating significantly from the standard value (60pF±5pF), please check whether the RF head on the protective electrode cover of the power signal cable is loose. 4. When the equipment is heating up, if no temperature signal is detected, please check whether the temperature signal cable is connected correctly. 5. When the equipment does not heat up (i.e., no characteristic sound of medium-frequency heating), please check whether the heating fuse is blown. Product Introduction Test method for automatic insulating oil dielectric loss and resistivity tester: Due to the test sample itself, there are many factors causing errors in the oil dielectric loss value. The following is the test method provided in the measurement standard for dielectric loss factor of liquid insulating materials in GB/T 5654-2007, for reference only. 1. Test voltage The AC voltage depends on the liquid being tested, with electric field strength between 0.03 kV/mm and 1 kV/mm, using a sinusoidal voltage with a frequency between 40 and 62 Hz. 2. Measurement After the oil cup is filled with the oil sample, when the difference between the temperature of the inner electrode and the required test temperature is not greater than ±1℃, the measurement of the loss factor begins. Voltage is applied only during measurement. After completing the initial measurement, pour out the oil sample and refill the oil cup with a second portion of the same oil sample. The operation process is the same as the first time, but the rinsing step is omitted. After heating, repeat the measurement. The difference between the two readings should not be greater than the sum of 0.010% and 25% of the larger of the two measured values. If this requirement cannot be met, repeat the test with the same oil sample until the difference between two adjacent readings does not exceed the sum of 0.010% and 25% of the larger of the two measured values. Only then is the measured result considered valid. Finally, the lower of the two valid measurements is taken as the loss factor of the liquid sample. The automatic insulating oil dielectric loss and resistivity tester is designed and manufactured according to GB/T5654-2007 "Measurement of relative permittivity, dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity of liquid insulating materials". It is used for measuring the dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity of liquid insulating media such as insulating oil. Integrated structure. The GH-6008A automatic insulating oil dielectric loss and resistivity tester integrates main components such as the dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, and DC high voltage source. The instrument adopts all-digital technology internally, with fully intelligent automatic measurement. It is equipped with a large 5.7-inch TFT full-color LCD touch display, full Chinese menu, and test results can be automatically stored and printed. Operators can use it proficiently without professional training. Note: The above information and technical parameters are compiled and released by Yangzhou Darui Electric Co., Ltd. |
