II. Product Introduction:

    The single-phase relay protection calibration instrument is a new type of instrument designed and developed by personnel who have long been engaged in on-site testing of relay protection, combining years of on-site debugging experience, suitable for general use in power system relays and relay protection devices. It makes on-site calibration of relay protection easy, fast, accurate, and convenient. In recent years, it has been continuously improved and optimized based on user feedback to achieve ideal usage results. The device features small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, durability, and simultaneous output of two channels of electrical quantities. It has a built-in 0.5 class digital meter, high-precision transformers, true RMS AC/DC measurement, and a built-in five-digit digital electric stopwatch to meet time measurement requirements. It is indeed a good tool for relay protection staff working outdoors.

    Working Principle: The instrument is divided into two circuits: Circuit I and Circuit II. Circuit I has AC output and DC output. When AC output is needed, set the "I Circuit AC Switch" to the "1" position; when DC output is needed, set the "I Circuit DC Switch" to the "1" position, then adjust the I Circuit voltage regulator knob to output seven types of electrical quantities. Use the "Select" button to choose different gears to monitor various electrical quantities (but when switching the selection button, all switches of Circuit I must be turned off before selecting, otherwise the gear will not change.) Each time the instrument switches an output, the digital voltage/current meter can automatically monitor its output value. If the selection is wrong, it may not affect the output in a certain gear, but it will cause incorrect meter readings. Circuit II is controlled by the "Circuit II" output switch, directly adjusted via the Circuit II voltage regulator, and measurement can be done with an external multimeter.
