Technical Requirements:

1. Environmental requirements for the test transformer:

 1.1 Input voltage: AC 220V or 380V, 50Hz;

 1.2 Ambient temperature: -40℃ to 40℃;

 1.3 Relative humidity: ≤85% (at ambient temperature of 25℃);

 1.4 Environment free from chemical gases and vapors;

 1.5 No explosive hazardous gases;

 1.6 Places not subject to rain ingress.

 Note: Can be made up to AC 300kV, capacity 300kVA;

Product Functions:

1. Monitoring functions: High voltage, low voltage current, zero position indication, power indication, working indication, timing indication

2. Protection functions: Overcurrent protection, zero-position start protection, audible and visual alarm with voice reminder

3. Adopts new type time relay, wider timing range (1S to 99H)

4. Adopts new type current relay, more accurate and reliable, ensuring personal and equipment safety.

5. The high-voltage coil of the test transformer is cylindrical multi-layer tower type, wound with high-quality polyester enameled wire and high withstand voltage insulating materials.

6. Test transformers (above 5kVA) are equipped with movable iron wheels. Features include light weight, small size, easy movement, and superior performance.

Precautions:

1. Measure insulation resistance before and after each test to check insulation condition.

2. This product is prohibited from long-term storage or use at temperatures above 45℃.

3. Do not exceed rated parameters. Except for necessary tests, never energize or de-energize at full voltage.

4. When testing large-capacity specimens, raise the voltage slowly to prevent damage from excessive charging current. For DC tests, ensure full discharge.

5. During transportation, do not apply heavy pressure, tilt, or invert the product.

● Test result audible alarm function, when the test passes or fails, the device emits different alarm sounds, allowing test personnel to identify the result directly from the alarm sound;

● Pause function, in automatic control mode, this function allows pausing voltage rise or fall at any point, with pause duration flexibly controlled by the operator for convenient observation of the test object's status;

● Power frequency withstand voltage test device (3KVA/50KV), with automatic timing function. In automatic control mode, when the voltage automatically rises to the set value, the device automatically starts timing. When the timing ends, the test result is displayed and the device automatically returns to zero;

● Manual timing function, in manual control mode, the timer can be started manually. When the withstand voltage time ends, the device automatically returns to zero (only available on desktop devices);

● Manual control mode, similar to traditional electric raise/lower method, with raise/lower controlled by buttons, the device automatically judges upper/lower limits, and has overvoltage protection;

● Intelligent control of voltage rise speed. When the voltage reaches 80% of the target voltage, the rise speed automatically slows down, and when it reaches 90% of the target voltage, the rise speed further slows down;

● Combines hardware and software anti-interference technology, with stable performance and strong anti-interference capability.
