Transformer Test Transformer
I. Product Structure
Transformer Test Transformer adopts a single-frame core-type iron core structure. The primary winding is wound on the iron core, with the high-voltage winding on the outside. This coaxial arrangement reduces leakage flux, thereby increasing the coupling between windings. The product's shell is made into an octagonal structure that fits well with the core assembly, giving the overall appearance an elegant and generous look.
Its external structure diagram is shown in Figure 1, and the internal structure diagram is shown in Figure 2.
II. Working Principle
Transformer Test Transformer is a single-phase transformer with connection group label I.I. Using industrial frequency 220V (380V for above 10kVA) power supply connected to the ZD-KZX (ZD-KZT) series control box (console) (specialized equipment matching the test transformer produced by our company, for detailed information please refer to the attachment), the voltage is regulated by the built-in auto-transformer (for above 50kVA, the voltage regulator is external) to output 0~200V (or 0~400V) to the primary winding of the test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the high-voltage winding of the test transformer can obtain the high voltage required for testing.
III.Technical Specifications
Environmental requirements for the test transformer:
Input voltage: AC 220V or 380V, 50Hz;
Ambient temperature: -40℃~40℃;
Relative humidity: ≤85% (when ambient temperature is 25℃);
In an environment free from chemical gases and vapors;
In an environment free from explosive hazardous gases;
In places not subject to rain ingress.
Technical Parameters
Rated capacity: 1.5~300kVA
Input voltage: 200/400V
Output voltage: 0~300 kV
Measurement ratio: 500/1000
Our company's ZD9103 test transformer can achieve AC 300kV, capacity 300kVA as a single unit;
If required by users, our company's ZD9103 series test transformers can have a 200V cascade tap extracted, allowing two or three units to be cascaded to achieve high voltages of AC 100kV, 150kV, 200kV, or 300kV. Also, according to user needs, a 5~15kV medium-voltage tap can be extracted from the high-voltage winding for AC withstand voltage testing of high-voltage motors;
The "DC high voltage output" column in the table is the DC high voltage output value of the AC/DC dual-purpose test transformer;
Our company can also customize test transformers of various special specifications according to user requirements.
