The transformer test bench is suitable for factory testing and assessment of the main electrical performance of power transformers. It is safe to use, and the main test items are operated with full Chinese prompts on a color display, enabling real-time monitoring of the entire test process.

◆ The transformer test bench integrates one-time wiring display, data acquisition, analysis and processing, measurement control, storage, printing, and protection. The entire test process is fully automated, featuring high efficiency and high precision.
◆ The transformer test bench is equipped with a backlit LCD display, simultaneously showing 18 parameters such as three-phase voltage and current. It replaces pointer-type instruments with digital meters, and all test data is displayed (locked) in real-time on the screen, avoiding errors caused by parallax, conversion, calculation, and other factors during testing. This ensures higher measurement accuracy. In particular, it completely solves the difficulty of operators reading multiple meters and recording multiple sets of data simultaneously, ensuring accurate and reliable test data.
◆ Data processing adopts automatic storage and microcomputer printing, with beautiful, standardized data tables and clear, neat handwriting. All test data is filled into corresponding tables in real-time, avoiding manual transcription and ensuring the authenticity and reliability of data. Users can also customize print formats as needed.
◆ The transformer test bench also features waveform distortion correction, test lead resistance correction, and transformer error correction functions.
◆ It can be made into desktop, portable, simple, or standard types according to user needs, suitable for different occasions.
