Test Transformer Parameters
1. Maximum relative humidity of air: when the air temperature is +25℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 90%.
2. When using the ultra-light test transformer, the input voltage should be gradually increased, and reliable protective measures should be in place.
3. Power supply voltage waveform: the power supply voltage waveform is a practical sine wave with a frequency of 50Hz, and the power supply side should not be subjected to external atmospheric overvoltage.
4. Installation site: the installation site should have no gases, vapors, chemically deposited dust, dirt, or other explosive media that seriously affect the transformer insulation, and no severe vibration.
5. Ambient temperature: maximum air temperature +40℃, maximum daily average temperature +30℃, maximum annual average temperature +20℃, minimum temperature -5℃ (indoor type), -25℃ (outdoor type).
6. Altitude: the installation site altitude should not exceed 1000m. When the altitude exceeds 1000m, the external insulation classification of the transformer is divided into two levels: 2500m (greater than 1000m to 2500m) and 4000m (greater than 2500m to 4000m).
Ultra-light Test Transformer, also known as test transformer.
