Structure:
1. In terms of insulation structure layout, based on the principle of "distance effect" of transformer oil, multi-layer insulation is adopted. The internal insulation of the transformer is divided into multiple oil channels, thereby improving the insulation level and reducing the volume.
2. Solve the oil leakage problem of LE transformers. Since TDM series transformers have no oil conservator, when the temperature is too high, oil expands and leaks from the oil nozzle. However, this series of products sets the oil filling hole at the top of the bushing, and the oil in the bushing is connected with the oil in the transformer body. Therefore, this bushing not only has the functions of installing silicon stacks, short-circuit rods, and series rods, but also acts as the transformer oil conservator.
3. Epoxy resin sealing is adopted. Since pouring epoxy resin under normal conditions will produce a large number of bubbles, causing discharge at the high-voltage lead parts. Metal parts are used to fix the lead wire and equalize voltage, thereby eliminating the discharge phenomenon.
4. The oil tank of this series of products has a compact structure, novel appearance, and small volume and weight.
5. The iron core is a single-frame core type, laminated with 0.30mm cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, tightened with new special materials, replacing the traditional through-core screws. The coil is a concentric cylindrical multi-layer tower structure.
