Product Introduction:
It is a series of test transformers developed and produced after extensive improvements based on the original similar products according to the "Test Transformer" standard. This product complies with DL/T848.2-2004 "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Devices - Part 2: Power Frequency High Voltage Test Devices" and is a new type of product developed and produced. This series of products has the characteristics of small size, light weight, compact structure, complete functions, strong universality, and convenient use. It is especially suitable for insulation strength tests under power frequency or DC high voltage for various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, and insulating materials in power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, and scientific research departments. It is an essential important equipment in high-voltage testing.
Using power frequency 220V (above 10kVA is 380V) power supply connected to the XC∕TC (special equipment for test transformers produced by our company, for details please refer to its specific instruction manual) series operation box (table), through the autotransformer voltage regulator inside the operation box (above 50kVA voltage regulator is externally attached) adjusted to 0-200V (or 0-400V) voltage output to the primary winding of LCSB(G), TDM(G) test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the required high voltage for testing can be obtained on the high-voltage winding of the test transformer.
