The variable frequency series resonant test device is suitable for AC withstand voltage tests on transformers, circuit breakers, switches, GIS systems, cables, bushings, insulators, and other equipment. It features protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, zero-position start, and system detuning (flashover). It can meet the test conditions for both high-voltage, low-current equipment and low-voltage, high-current equipment, offering a wide range of applications.
The variable frequency series resonant test device can automatically find the test resonance point within 5 seconds; the required power supply capacity is small, with the test power supply power being only 1/Q of the test capacity; it is compact in size;
The resonant power supply of the series resonant test device is a resonant filter circuit, which can improve the waveform distortion of the output voltage, obtain a good sine waveform, and effectively prevent false breakdown of the test object caused by harmonic peaks;
The series resonant test device has multiple working modes and uses a 220V or 380V single-phase power supply, making it convenient for on-site power access; the resonant reactor adopts a building-block combination, which can be connected in series or parallel, simple to operate, and convenient for on-site use.
