Wuhan is one of the earliest cities in China to carry out high-voltage power research. The Nuoshihua team, which moved to Optics Valley, has insisted on independent innovation since 2016, relying on the relevant achievements of scientific research institutions such as the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute, Wuhan University, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. By the end of 2016, the company had developed multiple new products such as DC resistance testers. In 2017, Nuoshihua entered the fast lane of development, becoming a high-tech enterprise integrating the research and development, production, and sales of various instruments and meters such as power preventive testing, high-voltage complete testing, and power metering test equipment.
After years of painstaking research and development, the Nuoshihua team overcame related technical difficulties and successfully developed a series of products such as three-phase DC resistance, circuit breaker comprehensive characteristic testers, and variable frequency series resonance, filling domestic industry gaps in one fell swoop. Their research results promoted the establishment of new national standards and led to a significant drop in the prices of similar imported products.
In 2020, Nuoshihua successfully developed and launched innovative products such as electrical comprehensive test vehicles, power safety insulation tools test platforms, and circuit breaker comprehensive test devices. Among them, an electrical comprehensive test vehicle, similar in size to an Iveco, is a mobile comprehensive test laboratory covering about 90% of substation testing items.
Previously, substation testing required dozens of instruments to test separately, then aggregate relevant data for analysis, which was time-consuming and laborious, and results were slow. Now, one electrical comprehensive test vehicle solves this, not only completing tests quickly but also allowing on-site data analysis and expert diagnosis in the vehicle.
Zhang Yong, founder and general manager of Nuoshihua, introduced that multiple tests that previously required multiple testing devices can now be completed with one instrument.
Up to now, Nuoshihua has obtained more than 20 patents and over 10 software copyrights, achieving full coverage of testing equipment in the 220 kV field. Its products and services cover the whole country and have expanded overseas, exporting to Vietnam, Laos, Ghana, Nigeria, and other countries.
Zhang Yong introduced that Nuoshihua's series of products with integration, intelligence, and high efficiency have gained market favor. State Grid Corporation of China, China Southern Power Grid, China Huaneng, China Railway, China Mobile, TBEA, Tsinghua University, Wuhan University, and other large enterprises and well-known universities have become stable partners of Nuoshihua.
