High Current Temperature Rise Test Equipment
The three-phase high current generator for temperature rise is specially designed and manufactured for current load tests and temperature rise tests on electrical equipment such as various busway, high current temperature rise test equipment functions, switches, current transformers, and other electrical devices in power departments and industrial/mining enterprises.
This series of products adopts integrated or split structures depending on product volume and weight. The thermal relay calibrator features stepless adjustment of output current, uses 0.1 class standard transformers, digital display, high current temperature rise test equipment applications, balanced current rise, wide load variation range, reliable operation, simple operation, and safety. III. Usage Methods and Precautions:
1. The instrument must be properly grounded.
2. Connect the power supply, connect the control console output to the generator input, connect the instruments, turn on the air switch, and the current generator will wait for current rise.
3. Rotate the voltage regulator evenly clockwise, paying attention to the output current indication on the control console, until the desired high current is reached.
4. During the test, if any abnormality is found, the relay protection calibrator should immediately cut off the air switch power supply, investigate the cause, and then proceed with the test.
5. After the test, the voltage regulator must be returned to zero, cut off the power supply via the air switch, disconnect the working power, and remove the test wiring in reverse order to ensure safety.
