High Current Load Tester It is specially designed and manufactured for current load tests and temperature rise tests on electrical equipment, such as various switches, current transformers, and other electrical devices, in power departments and industrial and mining enterprises. High Current Load Tester This series of products adopts integrated or split structures depending on product volume and weight. It features stepless adjustment of output current, balanced current rise, wide load variation range, and uses 0.1-class current transformers with digital display. It is aesthetically pleasing, reliable in operation, easy to operate, and safe. It is an ideal device for current rise or temperature rise tests in industrial and mining enterprises. Operating Environment: 1. Working Power Supply: 220V AC 2. Ambient Temperature: -10°C to 40°C 3. The product should be placed in a location free from gas vapors that seriously affect transformer insulation, chemical sedimentary dust, dirt, and other explosive media. Usage Methods and Precautions: 1. The instrument must be properly grounded. 2. Connect the power supply, turn on the switch, and the red indicator light will illuminate. At this time, the current generator is ready for current rise. 3. Rotate the voltage regulator clockwise evenly, and pay attention to the output current indication on the operation panel until the desired high current is reached. 4. During the test, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, immediately cut off the power supply, investigate the cause, and then proceed with the test. 5. After the test, the voltage regulator must be returned to zero, cut off the power supply with the air switch, and disconnect the working power supply before removing the test wiring to ensure safety. Precautions: 1. For new installations or after long periods of inactivity, measure the insulation resistance between coils and between coils and ground with a 1500 megohm meter before operation. It can be used only when the resistance value is not less than 0.5 megohms. 2. During use, the current generator transformer and the operation panel must be reliably grounded to ensure safety. 3. During use, the current should be increased slowly and evenly, and avoid excessive vibration during handling. 4. The contact surface between the voltage regulator and the carbon brush should be kept clean. If necessary, wipe it clean with a 90% alcohol gauze. 5. This equipment should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry, and indoor environment. |
