| Fully Automatic High and Low Voltage Switchgear Power-On Test Bench |
Product Introduction:
It can be used for substation maintenance to replace the station DC operating power supply and other occasions requiring DC power supply. In power plants, substations, switchgear factories and other units, primary equipment is important, and secondary equipment is also important, because primary and secondary equipment form a whole, and only when both are in good condition can the safety of power production be guaranteed. Secondary equipment refers to the equipment that monitors, controls, regulates, and protects the working condition of primary equipment, and provides operating personnel with working condition or production command signals. Therefore, faults in the secondary circuit often damage or affect the normal operation of electrical equipment. Properly using and managing the electrical equipment of the secondary circuit is an important link to ensure the safety of power production. This test vehicle is designed and produced by our company based on the requirements of secondary circuit testing and test requirements, starting from the actual needs of users for secondary circuit testing. Operating Instructions:
Taking the verification of a single-phase AC voltmeter as an example:
1. Connect the input power supply AC380V
2. Connect the AC operating voltage output power line to the voltmeter
3. Check and confirm whether the wiring is correct, and turn on the main power switch. 4. Return the voltage regulator to zero, and press the "Close" button,
5. Then press the "Close" button for AC operating voltage on the panel
6. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to the required value, and observe the voltmeter.
7. After the test, first press the "Open" button for AC operating voltage on the panel, then press the main "Open" button on the panel. Then, turn off the main power switch.
