Product Introduction:
The intelligent charge/discharge detector is a product launched to meet market demands, integrating charging, discharging, cell monitoring, online monitoring, and activation into one unit, with high integration and more comprehensive functions. By conducting capacity tests on batteries, it can accurately and quickly identify weak batteries and provide the remaining capacity of each individual cell. Through activation, each cell in the battery pack can quickly and fully increase its capacity, reduce internal resistance, and effectively solve the problem of voltage imbalance among cells.
Features and Functions:
● Display: Large LCD screen display, Chinese menu prompts, real-time display of all test data: entire battery pack voltage, individual cell voltage, current, capacity, duration, and internal temperature, etc.
● Control: Microcontroller control, with keyboard settings for equalizing charge voltage, float charge voltage, discharge termination voltage, charge/discharge current, duration, capacity, and other parameters.

● Can quickly and accurately identify failed and weak batteries in the battery pack through rapid discharge in a short time, estimate remaining battery capacity, and evaluate battery quality.
● Working Modes: (1) Constant current discharge mode automatically completes battery capacity testing or load capacity testing, can estimate remaining battery capacity through a five-minute rapid discharge for capacity analysis. (2) Intelligent three-stage charging mode: initial stage uses constant current technology, with constant charging current to quickly raise battery voltage; when charging voltage reaches the upper limit, it automatically converts to constant voltage with reduced current charging, effectively improving the battery's capacity conversion efficiency; at the end of charging, it switches to trickle float charging, ensuring each cell receives balanced charging, maximizing capacity recovery, effectively solving voltage imbalance among cells, and avoiding the danger of overvoltage charging. (3) Cyclic discharge-charge function: set discharge/charge hour rate and voltage high/low limits, automatically cycle through one discharge and one charge process. (4) Battery activation function: set charge/discharge cycle count, use pulse charging to activate and repair batteries.
● Automatic shutdown function: Automatically stops working when any of the following conditions are met: time reached, capacity reached, cell protection voltage reached, entire pack protection voltage reached, cycle count reached, etc.
● Automatic alarm function: Has intelligent reverse connection protection, automatically alarms when high temperature, battery pack connection disconnection, undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, etc. occur.
● Real-time monitoring function: Real-time display and control of various set parameters (such as entire battery pack voltage, individual cell voltage, current, capacity, duration, and internal temperature, etc.).
● Record query function: The charge/discharge detector can store 16 sets of charge/discharge data, and users can query as needed.
● Data transfer function: Has standard USB interface and RS232 interface. After charging is completed, data can be transferred via USB flash drive or directly uploaded to a computer via RS232 interface, solving the problem of large-capacity data storage.
● Data processing function: After analysis and processing with the accompanying data processing software, charge/discharge data can automatically generate various curve charts and support printing.
● Computer remote control function: Parameters for charging/discharging can be set and modified via computer; the charge/discharge detector can be controlled to start and stop charging/discharging.
● Calibration and correction function for voltage and current display values: Can calibrate and correct total battery pack voltage, individual cell voltage, and current.
