1. In terms of the insulation structure of the oil-immersed high-voltage test transformer, based on the "distance effect" principle of transformer oil, multi-layer insulation is adopted to divide the internal insulation of the transformer into multiple oil ducts, thereby improving the insulation level and reducing the volume.
2. The oil-immersed high-voltage test transformer solves the oil leakage problem of the TDM series transformers. Since the TDM series transformers have no oil conservator, when the temperature is too high, the oil expands and leaks from the oil nozzle. However, this series of products sets the oil filling hole at the top of the bushing, and the oil in the bushing is connected with the oil in the body. Therefore, in addition to the functions of installing silicon stacks, short-circuit rods, and cascade rods, the bushing also acts as an oil conservator for the transformer.
3. The oil-immersed high-voltage test transformer uses metal fixed leads and voltage equalization, thereby eliminating the discharge phenomenon.
4. The tank structure is compact, with a novel appearance, small size, and light weight.
5. The iron core is a single-frame core type, made of DQ type 0.30mm cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets stacked, fastened with new special materials, replacing the traditional through-core screws. The coil is a concentric cylindrical, multi-layer tower structure.

The oil-immersed high-voltage test transformer is the basic test equipment used by power plants, power supply bureaus, scientific research units, and other users for AC withstand voltage tests. It has passed the standards of the National Quality Supervision Bureau and is used for insulation strength tests under specified voltages on various electrical products, electrical components, insulating materials, etc., to assess the insulation level of products, discover insulation defects of the tested object, and measure the ability to withstand overvoltage.
The oil-immersed high-voltage test transformer adopts a single-phase core type iron core, made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, with steel as clamping parts. The high-voltage coil is a cylindrical multi-layer tower type, wound with high-quality polyester enameled wire and high withstand voltage insulating materials. The low-voltage coil is on the outside, and the instrument coil is an independent winding, generally 100V. The shell is octagonal, and test transformers above 10KVA are equipped with movable iron wheels.
