I. Product Overview
The test transformer is a new type of product manufactured according to the national standard ZBK-41006-89. II. Main Features
Compared with traditional test transformers, the test transformer has the following characteristics:
1. In terms of structure, based on the principle of "distance effect" of transformer oil, multi-layer insulation is adopted to divide the internal insulation of the transformer into multiple oil channels, thereby improving the insulation level and reducing the volume.
2. It solves the oil leakage problem of general transformers. Since general transformers do not have an oil conservator, when the temperature is too high, the oil expands and leaks from the oil nozzle. However, this product sets the oil filling hole at the top of the bushing, and the oil in the bushing is connected with the oil in the transformer body. Therefore, in addition to the functions of installing silicon stacks, short-circuit rods, and series excitation rods, the bushing also serves as the oil conservator of the transformer.
3. This product uses metal fixed leads and voltage equalization, thereby eliminating discharge phenomena.
4. The tank structure is compact, with a novel appearance, small size, and light weight.
5. The iron core is a single-frame core type, stacked with DQ type, 0.30mm cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, fastened with new special materials, replacing the traditional through-core screw. The coil is a concentric cylindrical, multi-layer tower structure.
